Stalker!

no, i'm not being stalked nor am i stalking anyone. its just that i feel like i'm stalking Bitcomet and EZTV. Always refreshing the page waiting for them to upload the torrents of the show i watch and checking the speed on BC which can be demoralising at times :P. such is the life of a Monash student on a 16 week holidays.

too lazy to blog these days. too bad.

Internet is Back

the internet is back, after a torturous 11 days without internet. i went to penang and cameron highlands last week. it was ok, had fun on the beach in penang. the food in penang were extremely disappointing though. just don't know where the good stuff are. or my expectations were to high. the trip down from cameron highlands was no fun at all. got a terrible headache after 90 minutes of winding roads. thank god i didn't puke.

i finished one series, and half way through another. been helping my mom with some stuff and haven't had time to finish the typing work for the tuition centre.

End = Begin

Exams have ended. Renovation has ended (except a few bits and pieces). Holidays have begun! 16 weeks of holidays!! Whee!!

I'll be unofficially working (still have to earn pocket money) by doing some typing work for the tuition centre and officially start work in January when school (primary and secondary) starts.

I have started masterlife. I watched a movie. I plan to start a series soon. I am catching up on my downloading. Ahh ... what bliss.

Last semester during my exams, my grandfather passed away. This time, exams period again, my granduncle passed away. Just made me think ...

Waiting for people to come back. Waiting to ajak-ed out. Waiting to buy new furniture and fittings for my room. Waiting to buy new monitor. Waiting to buy new cage for Phenyl.

2 months have passed, many things have changed.

Settled In

i'm sort of settled in to my "new" routine now. i wake up everyday at 8 am and no nap. i'm back sleeping in my room with my bro, and my parents are now in my bro's room while their room is being worked on.

last saturday, went out with an old old friend and 2 guys who are back from Germany for the summer. had dim sum in the morning, and i proceeded to ikano to get phenyl's goodies. my friend pointed out that phenyl is a very lucky bunny because i buy her different treats. there's corn nuggets, fruits ball, and heart biscuit. so cute! next we proceeded to one utama to catch a movie - deception. quite slow-moving but interesting nonetheless. its been long since i last stepped into the cinema. the last movie i saw was iron man i think. i know la, not as happening as you all! spent half the day in one utama until about 5. was kinda feeling guilty already for not staying at home to help my parents shift things around and clean up the house.

then when i reached home, my mom said "so clever arr, go out the whole day and escape from helping out in the house". *big smile* "i was home from monday to friday mah" and she accepted it! haha.

i'll be going back to hometown this weekend for my cousin's wedding. i thought i had to bring my assignments back with me because initially i had 2 assignments due on thursday. but today one assignment got postponed! hohoho! and exam timetable is out. i'm quite satisfied but would have preferred a bigger gap in between papers. after 7 november, i'm FREE!! no work, no school, wheee! shows here i come *jumps*

i'm waiting for gossip girl to load on youtube. how sad is that. haha my computer is packed up to avoid dust and sand from going in. so no downloading for the next month or so. :(

Simple Things

my parents are being a pain. seriously. Lord help me! i'm actully (extra) looking forward to work these days or anything that requires leaving the house *hint*hint* for that matter. i think you can figure out why.

oh! series have started yet again. woohoo! gossip girl, one tree hill and prison break. whee! gossip girl rocks! finally, today i had to shutdown my com and wrap it up because tmr the electrical man will be drilling the walls to do rewiring downstairs. it was dl-ing really fast! just a little bit more on moonlight resonance and its done :( :( :(

the whole family are currently sleeping in one room, my parent's room. which is not fun. my sleep is constantly disrupted. wake up every now and then :(, with no chance of naps in the afternoon. and i have to wake up at 8 in the morning. because thats when my uncle (who is doing the renovation) comes and everyone has left for work. so it leaves me to jaga the house. my dad says my bro's room and mine will be done by sat with cleaning on sun. pray hard!

the shophouses behind my house are slowly becoming quite "happening". for a long time there were 3 cyber cafes behind my house, but no mamak. finally one opened this month. and as i was walking to buy dinner, i saw a 7-eleven! when did that appear? O_o


Dear Lord,

*Deep Breaths*

dinner today was good with the whole bunch of church people. lots of laughter ... a much needed break from the house. done lots of carrying and moving things around. habislah ... muscle ache tomorrow.

tomorrow renovation is gonna start ... *drill*knock*bang*noise*!!! but i think its worth it. my house will look nicer now. my room especially ... i hope :P

i shall indulge myself in liverpool now. ciao

Facelift

my house is gonna have its long awaited facelift! finally ... after years of talk and no action. its gonna be pretty major, so the whole house have to be packed into boxes. i haven't started packing my room though :P. busy mah!

i took leave from work on wed night to go makan dinner with MF, Shu and MF's friend (Xian). nasi lemak panas @ seapark! woohoo! its actually kinda fun to take leave. being at home by 9-ish and bumming around. i was gonna shoot anyone who asked me why i took leave including my parents. but surprisingly no one asked :P.

bullet 1: you can't earn all the money in the world
bullet 2: earn money and don't spend, where can?!

on another note, i don't think i'll be going Aus after all. firstly, since the house is being "repaired" as my mom likes to put it instead of "renovation", money is spent. thus, should save money. secondly, i'm having problem with phenyl's caretaker. initially i planned on passing the responsibility to my aunt's maid, but my aunt told me she's going to Indonesia roughly the same time. and last but not least, i can't tahan imagining phenyl being locked up in the cage for so long. she's so use to coming out of the cage everyday and running around, stretching her legs.

and, another good point of not going to aus is, i can do an internship. and i WANT an audit internship to gain some experience, so that when i do my masters, i won't be a total dungu.

i haven't been watching movies. my sex and the city dvd has been in my room for over a month now, and i haven't had time watch it. i also watched zohan for like 40 minutes and stopped there. haven't had time to continue :(
